Yesterday Catalan President Artur Mas was interviewed by CNN and explained that Catalonia is not to be blamed for the Spanish crisis. That the problem in Spain is the financial sector (the banks) and that Catalonia suffers a fiscal deficit with Spain of 20 billion dollars every year and that is why it is so indebted. Enjoy.
